Founder and Executive Director, Catherine Howard
Catherine Howard, as the Founder and Executive Director of the Foundation of E.A.G.L.E.S., embarked on her mission while serving in the Dominican Republic in 2019. Her journey was shaped by a diverse background that included both banking and teaching experiences in the United States. Catherine’s commitment extended beyond borders as she volunteered on three short-term mission trips to El Salvador, Nicaragua, and the Dominican Republic.
After dedicating three years to teaching mathematics in the States, Catherine transitioned to the mission field, where she began teaching English at local churches. It was during this time that she encountered an amazing group of out-of-school children from an impoverished community. Their desire to learn ignited a passion within Catherine, leading her to establish a non-profit organization with a clear mission: to help these students and the millions of other out-of-school children and adolescents.
And so, in August 2019, the Foundation of Education Art God Love Enrichment Service (E.A.G.L.E.S.) was born. Its purpose? To represent God’s Love through Education, Art, Enrichment, and Service. With unwavering dedication, the foundation strives to ensure that every out-of-school child experiences the transformative milestone of their First Day of School.

Christina Summa serves as a Director on the Board of the Foundation of E.A.G.L.E.S. Christina graduated from Neuman University in 2012 and while enrolled completed an internship at the Walt Disney World Resort.

Wendy Cornelison serves as a Director on the Board of the Foundation of E.A.G.L.E.S. Wendy is the Founder and Executive Director of S.E.E.D. of Hope Global, a nonprofit Christian ministry that partners with international churches and organizations to stabilize and equip their outreach programs and ministries.

Marilyn Urban serves as a Director on the Board of the Foundation of E.A.G.L.E.S. Marilyn Urban graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2015 and went on to teach
high school science through Teach for America in Charlotte, North Carolina. Currently, Marilyn
is an Academic Dean at a K-8 school in New Bedford, Massachusetts.

Republic to minister, teach, and host women’s gatherings on various topics such as identity in
Christ. She is the Founder and Director of Worship Girl mini

is focused on “empowering and equipping women of faith”.
